These General Terms and Conditions govern the online booking and purchase of private passenger transport services provided by Iliyana Ivaylova Krasteva, with Tax ID (CIF/NIF) Y0759241W, registered office at Calle Marino Albesa 19, PTA 4, Valencia, phone 640 91 77 82 and email info@privatedrivevalencia.com.
By completing a booking, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. The version in force at the time the booking is confirmed shall apply.
To request the service, the user must accurately provide the pickup and destination locations, the date and time, the number of passengers, luggage details, any required child seats, and the requested contact information.
The booking is confirmed when Iliyana Ivaylova Krasteva confirms the service by email, telephone, or through the website itself. If the service cannot be provided, the user will be informed as soon as possible, and any amount already charged will be refunded.
The user may make a booking on behalf of another passenger, provided they have that person's authorization, supply accurate information, and inform them of the relevant terms and conditions of the service.
The fare is fixed and will be displayed before the booking is confirmed. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it includes the applicable taxes and the items specified during the booking process.
Additional services requested after the booking, significant changes to the route, unscheduled stops, extraordinary waiting time, tolls, or requirements not disclosed in advance may result in additional charges. Whenever possible, the user will be informed of any such charges before they are incurred.
Payment shall be made using the options available during the booking process. Card payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Iliyana Ivaylova Krasteva does not store full payment card details.
The user will receive a booking confirmation. An invoice may be requested by providing the necessary billing information.
The passenger must be available at the agreed pickup location and time and keep the provided telephone number accessible. If the passenger expects to be delayed or cannot locate the driver, they must notify 640 91 77 82 as soon as possible.
Schedules may be affected by traffic, road restrictions, weather conditions, flight delays, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Iliyana Ivaylova Krasteva. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the service at the agreed time.
The user must provide the actual number of passengers and accurate luggage details. The vehicle's capacity and all applicable safety regulations must be respected at all times.
Child seats must be requested during the booking process. The transport of animals, oversized luggage, or any other special requirements must be requested and confirmed in advance.
The driver may refuse or terminate the service where there is a safety risk, violent or unlawful behaviour, a number of passengers exceeding the permitted limit, or a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The user may request changes or cancellation by contacting info@privatedrivevalencia.com or 640 91 77 82, quoting the booking details. Any changes are subject to availability.
Cancellation is free of charge provided that the vehicle has not yet been assigned and has not started travelling to the pickup location. If cancellation is requested afterwards, Iliyana Ivaylova Krasteva may deduct the reasonable costs actually incurred from the refund and will inform the user accordingly.
If the passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and reasonable attempts to establish contact have been unsuccessful, the service may be considered a no-show, and the actual costs incurred may be deducted.
If Iliyana Ivaylova Krasteva cancels the service and does not offer an alternative accepted by the user, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Where a refund is due, it will be made using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed, without undue delay. The time required for the refund to appear in the user's account may depend on the financial institution.
Iliyana Ivaylova Krasteva shall be liable for the service in accordance with the applicable legislation. It shall not be liable for failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user, force majeure, or unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory legal rights.
Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the passenger. In the event of loss, the passenger should contact the company as soon as possible using the contact details provided in these Terms and Conditions.
Any inquiries or complaints may be submitted by email to info@privatedrivevalencia.com, by telephone at 640 91 77 82, or by post to Calle Marino Albesa 19, PTA 4, Valencia. Users are encouraged to include their booking reference and explain the reason for their complaint.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
This agreement is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In all other cases, the parties expressly submit to the courts of Valencia, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
